TRANS WOMEN - get your older family members on the hormones they need, they'll actually listen to you, it won't feel as scary if their daughter/niece/granddaughter does something similar
we were on the same estrogen pills when i started e but years later she was talking to me about how she thought she couldn't do it and i walked her through a lot of the shot process and afaik she's been on t ever since and feeling a lot better, she literally said if i can do it she can
