I’m certainly less motivated to post which is probably a sign that my brain is healing from twitter brainrot. Part of it is recognizing that like I don’t have much to add. Shit sucks. Palestinians deserve peace. The invasion of Venezuela is yet another explosion of greed at the expense of civilians

I see people calling the Venuzeula Coup a "distraction" from the epstein files. I don't believe that to be the case, I think this is something that Trump has wanted to do for a long while, since his first admin.

I cannot stress enough how much this series warp the brain of entire generation of people who liked playing World of darkness games. There were so many Highlander rules for various other systems because people constantly wanted to play one even when inappropriate.

It is also occurring to me, also no talk about the process or the specific method used to submit these two works into MOSS.
You know, I was suspicious when a certain account made the claim she ran certain works for TTRPGs through an "Academic Plagerism software detector" without mentioning which one, but now she said it's based off MOSS, and uh... it's very clear she is full of shit.

So while this isn't common in the games I run in recent days, when I do notice it, it tends to either be tied to a player having had a rough day or even week(which indicates they probabaly dont wanna see their character be a fuck up.)
The thing I despise most in a TTRPG—more than "immersion," even—is when people play defensively, which is to say they don't do anything if it's even remotely dangerous for their character. It's especially galling in my games, *since your character literally cannot be killed unless you agree to it.*
