I really don't know clouds at all.

As seen in (a very brief quote in) The New Yorker.

She/her. Sapphic bi. Trans rights are human rights, black lives matter, the first Pride was a riot. Enjoy the cornfield.

"I don't handle rejection well" is a statement that may be true about me but it overlooks the laundry list of other things I don't handle well.

idk if anybody noticed but every porn website's ads have changed from dick pill scams to "try out our suspiciously aged chatbot who has no concept of consent"

but sure let's focus on the intellectual property concerns and practically nonexistent environmental impacts

"Are nachos a casserole?"

"Are fries a pasta?"

You have forgotten that things can be things in themselves and you're going to dog-walk yourselves into discourse about "is food food?"

I don't even dislike Avatar, I haven't watched it, and I find it kind of fascinating that it has this weird black hole of cultural impact. Like, that is interesting and unusual! No one makes a case for watching it even when they feel the need to defend it for some reason!
Why do people always want to out-clever those of us who don’t like Avatar? We are allowed to dislike something. Shut up.

One of the problems I think a lot of people struggle with on social media is that posting is a performance, and it's really easy for people who don't actually get that it is a performance to either go too authentic or too inauthentic or think that something reads as banter when it really doesn't.

"Serpentor-ass Idea" would 100% be an internal COBRA missive after their command structure was torn asunder by a man dressed like an evil executive from Kamen Rider
“What if terlet, but fly?”. Serpentor ass idea. Pathetic

And Tiny Tim, who did NOT die, who CANNOT die, who watches as each year brings new horrors untold, new suffering wrought upon his frame, longing for the release of finality and for what he truly believes he deserves, a quietus to end the calamity of so long life, gazes in the horror of sight upon...
And Tiny Tim, who did NOT die, stopped eating and migrated back to the Sargasso.
And Tiny Tim, who did NOT die, and next appears in the narrative as a Valkyrie, having joined the host of Odin’s chosen-daughters via some process obscured by a lacuna in the manuscript.

why is this cut like either a horror trailer or an attempt to line up with Cruel Angel's Thesis
Hard not to conclude from this montage that Donald Trump, the only repeated figure other than Santa Claus, is the Savior to which DHS is referring

For my non-US followers, a guide to Santa's most common names in regions of the USA:

NEW ENGLAND: Daddy Giving
NORTHEAST: Red Chungus
APPALACHIA: Man-o-Wood
SOUTHEAST: Ol' Uncle Furside
MIDWEST: Eine Grosse Giftenherr
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY: Holiday Dumper
SOUTHWEST (HISPANIC): El Diablo Rojo y Navidad

The thing about people saying that they would like to pay more money for fewer games that are shorter with worse graphics is that they are, by and large, lying. The ones who aren't have already been captured by Itch
Every studio is frantically looking to cut costs of output because most studios are very financially squeezed, and the likely alternatives to things like AI & other tool assistance is not "employ more people," it's probably "employ fewer & work them harder," or "don't make games."

This is true. And honestly, in 2026, the best reasons to play around with AI will be:

1. To figure out if you can use it to do less of the most tedious and toilsome work

2. To know its limitations so you can push back when someone says you "have" to use it
So the “figure out how to use it lest you be left behind” replies about ‘AI’ that have been popping up here strike me as inauthentic but also kind of funny because they grant the point that rather than an automation panacea these technologies are quite difficult to figure out how to use effectively

The quote I always liked but cannot immediately source was that atheism is like fire safety. It may seem obvious and sensible, but there's no need to join a club to discuss it.
People can be athiests too but you also have to be normal about that or else things get real weird! Smh

Folks, I promise you, "I won't play that game because I heard management used AI somewhere in the process" sounds just as absurd as "I won't play that game because I heard it was kinda woke."

Been quite enjoying Thew's reviews for a bit now, he's got a great energy and I love seeing someone else who's as chuffed about the original Tankor toy as I am. Show-accurate? No, but he's a great beast of a toy just the same!

They funny thing is that if you asked me in 2015, I probably would have said Undertale, but it would have been begrudging even then.

I'm not sure what I would say now, but I definitely would no longer give that game the nod. A lot of my 2015 candidates I would disqualify.
Quote this with what you would have said your game of the year was at the end of 2015, if you had one, and what you would say your favourite game of 2015 is now, if it differs

Localisations and early access count, remasters don't. Remakes depend
