Save for maybe slightly Universal, all of the bidders for Warner's are horrible and will continue to destroy film as we know it. Netflix movies look TERRIBLE. But as many WB movies as possible because they are going away

The fact that four hostile drones tried to hit Zelenskyy’s plane & it’s barely a blip in the news cycle should terrify everyone. We’ve been dragged so deep into the chaos era that an attempted strike on a world leader doesn’t even break through. When this becomes normal, the world is in real danger.

Reporter - Is it becoming common practice to use Legislative powers to override the courts?

Amery -Not common practice. We just do it all the time now when we want our way or we want to limit free speech. The courts can still issue rulings. Whatevs.

Bill 14 is immensely complex. The amendments to the Citizen Initiative Act & its financial rules are esp complex. This is a deliberate strategy.
In other areas of the law we call this libel or regulatory chill.
This is a government that only pretends to believe in direct democracy. #ableg #abpoli

It's good—very good, and very important—that district courts keep issuing these 100-page rulings upholding the law. It must be incredibly dispiriting to see them overturned in a two-page, lawless, unsigned order, but please, keep them coming. They expose SCOTUS' corruption like nothing else.

Multiple referendum questions asking varying versions of the same question are allowed and we can't tell if Alberta's Justice Minister who just made himself immune from law society consequences knows what "piggybacking" means.

Nobody is onboard the PQ train, people just hate the CAQ and there’s no other serious options rn.

Also the PQ still retains its aura from 40-50 years ago of being leftist. So people are like it can’t be that bad.
