It bans words political parties can use in their names going forward: communist, conservative, democratic, green, independent, wildrose etc.

I have yet to be able to ask this question to the minister, but I don't understand where moving Law Society conduct appeals to CKB came from. What kind of court capacity is there for appeals of law society matters? Criminal trials are scheduling into 2027 at the moment.
