feels quaint to even mention it at this point but the supreme court's total lack of interest in defending the lower court judges who routinely receive maga death threats and swatting attempts for ruling against trump really illustrates who utterly lawless the high court has become

Hey, Bari. You know the fascists will come for the Jews and homosexuals next, right? Like you're not THAT stupid, are you? Ask your doctor if fascism is right for you.
Bari Weiss just sent this Christmas Eve email to the CBS News staff about "building trust," which includes her tripling down on spiking the CECOT piece "to make sure it's comprehensive and fair."

One CBS staffer tells me: "She really has no idea how insulting she comes across."

That's been the GOP goal.

Non-functioning government.
With fewer than 40 bills signed into law as of Dec. 22, the House and Senate set a modern record for lowest legislative output in the first year of a new presidency, according to data maintained by C-SPAN and Purdue University. https://wapo.st/3YPTQGo

Reminder that years ago it was found out that the FBI straight up made up a whole bunch of fake forensic sciences, plural. People have gone to jail and been executed due to literally pseudoscience.

Hair forensics, for instance, is totally nonsense.

They admitted it.

Trump is increasingly worried about his own mortality, and he's trying to use government to create a physical legacy that will outlive him.

Which is why every bit of it must be torn down and smashed to bits.

Which could have major implications for mail in voting — it’s a clever way to disenfranchise voters that’s going largely overlooked
