Hoping something fundamentally changes.
He's still pondering the days events as well.

Sigh...

You did a funny tweet years ago about waiting for your pup to do it's business out in the cold snowy weather, and I think of that tweet often when I now do the same after getting a pup fall of 2023.

Everything wrong with @nytimes.com
December 20, 2025 at 9:52 AM
I know this is just cliche by now, but if there was talk about a Democrat's third term, do you really think CNN would be giving a) an articled about it and b) putting the chances at 10%.

But this chucklefuck - only on Twitter @ForecasterEnten - sees nothing more serious to report.

Excellent write up here explaining why NYT and other legacy media always goes to the diner to "understand" Trump voters and no one else.

Asymmetrical warfare in reporting.
October 14, 2025 at 11:28 AM
You mean this guy?
October 12, 2025 at 4:24 PM
There's nothing on @nytimes.com digital app about this. But then they don't have the staff to state unequivocally if what Trump is doing is illegal or not so I guess the jailing of public officials will have to wait until after it happens then they'll ponder the legalities.
October 8, 2025 at 2:45 PM
So @nytimes.com doesn't have reporters that can look into this instead relies on Pritzker to do the work for them? And they make it seem like a partisan statement with this headline when there's plenty of video proof that's what they are doing!

Just pathetic reporting.

How the f' is this not a huge headline in the NYT instead buried below? They are talking about attacking civilians and it's a big yawn but the @nytimes.com

cc @froomkin.bsky.social

CNN headlines blame the Democrats as the reason for a posdible shutdown despite GOP controlling both houses of Congress.
September 29, 2025 at 8:37 AM
This @nytimes.com article headline and lede is the equivalent of "The president says the sky is purple." Scientists respond, "It's blue."

Why subscribe to this trash newspaper when they he said she said something completely observable while prejudicing the lie?
September 28, 2025 at 6:59 AM
Why does this guy always look like he's concentrating to hold in a fart?
September 10, 2025 at 8:36 PM
Yes - this! The fucking NYT does this shit constantly. They just assume everything is an interpretation instead of reporting facts. This useless shit is the problem. Exec Editor Joe Kahn
September 4, 2025 at 6:26 PM
Fuck you @nytimes.com for not having this as a headline instead of spewing nonsense.

This exec editor guy is really a twit.
September 3, 2025 at 11:19 PM
This is what really infuriates me with the Trump reporting.

The hands off, everything is normal here - reporting of him. The NYT has always treated him this way.

Remember how NYT moved on when refusing to release his taxes in 2015/16. They would have shit ink out of every orifice if a Dem refused.
September 1, 2025 at 8:57 PM
It's a shame that the @nytimes.com couldn't be bothered to report this when he first claimed he could do this unilaterally. Was it too hard to find this guy? And why wouldn't NYT mention this every time he leveled a new tariff. Oh yeah - this guy is the executive editor.
August 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM
It's kind of amazing that the @nytimes.com can't afford to hire reporters that know what is illegal and what is not. Past reporting on T's tariffs was a both sides salad of shit.
August 29, 2025 at 11:54 PM
You m-fers at the @nytimes.com can't even bother to bring up the state reps killed by a deranged man recently. It's as if each event happens in a vacuum.
August 29, 2025 at 2:34 PM
Covid showed that the defense budget was a fucking joke about protecting lives when both parties let hundred of thousand die but protected the investor class.
August 29, 2025 at 2:38 AM
Happy National Dog Day to this manspreader-er!
August 27, 2025 at 2:10 AM
DeJoy w/Biden's cooperation letting him dismantle UPSP, this is how long it takes a 1st class international letter to go from Burlington, VT (not post marked right away like below says) to Hackensack, NJ and no closer to it's delivery address in Cambridge, Ontario 5 days later, not including Sunday.
August 26, 2025 at 5:36 PM
Example of Froomkin's point from the NYT - the both sides framing of this is pretty depressing.

The gymnastics of euphemisms that the @nytimes.com does to normalize Trump is Gold Medal material.

If you want to soft pedal an authoritarian take down of the US, the NYT has your back!
August 26, 2025 at 2:20 PM
NYT had to have a governor point out this statistic while ignoring it in the past.

It is obvious the attack on DC by T has nothing to do with crime and everything to do w/an incrementalism push of occupied military forces in cities - but NYT is corruptly oblivious to it.
August 26, 2025 at 12:21 AM
CNN calling it a crime crackdown and fails to mention any of this.
August 24, 2025 at 10:50 PM
This type of journalism should be. CNN and the rest of the corporate media are literally copying and pasting their propaganda.
