I’ve actually thought before about the parallels between the perpetrators of the Epstein horrors and Eyes Wide Shut. Seeing this scene just makes it even more chilling.

She’s spending her budget on her cosplay photo shoots, hair extensions, and, according to the WSJ article, a 737 jet to shuttle her around for all those photo ops.

If acknowledging the loss of 650 Ukrainian Olympians breaks IOC rules and the IOC also systematically fails to confront Russia, the greatest abuser of international sports, shows complicity, plain, and simple.

My new favorite legislator, between this and how she murked Bondi in yesterday’s hearing
US Rep. Balint after reviewing unredacted Epstein files:

"They are a bunch of sick fucks. So many people knew." She confirmed Trump lied about kicking Epstein from Mar-a-Lago. Other files show the relationship continued for years.

Fuentes then fantasizes about “breeding gulags”: “So just like Hitler imprisoned Gypsies, Jews, communists, you know, all of his political rivals, we have to do the same thing with women… They go to the breeding gulags. The good ones will be liberated. The bad ones will toil in the mines forever.”

When Pam Bondi was Florida's Attorney General, and was busy ignoring Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, much like now, she took a $25,000 bribe from Donald Trump to drop her investigation into consumer fraud at Trump University.

Donald knew she'd be a corrupt US AG and do as she was told.

Every time he makes this blunder, I ask how there isn’t someone giving him the ubiquitous compliment sandwich to convey how foolish he sounds when he says this.

Definitely fair to say he’s much more of an independent thinker than most other congressional republicans, but he’s a wild card; all over the map on his positions.
Besides that, his “independent thinking” can lead to downright whack-a-doodle logic.
