#ME is a violent, turbulent condition. Words like brain fog, tiredness, aching, mood disturbance, interrupted sleep patterns, do not begin to describe the turmoil of #MECFS bodies. It’s like being attacked by a malevolent being, often for decades and without help or understanding.
I know that too many people are wishing that things were different, especially now on Christmas Day, but I hope you find even a tiny moment of peace and love today and much more in the future ❤️

I'm so very sorry
Please know that you aren't forgotten, some of us will still be here online & we can get through this time together, as we always do
Sending love🌟💙🌟

Their demands are reasonable, their treatment is disgraceful. The government's intransigence is killing the #PalestineAction hunger strikers. Just as its complicity has assisted the genocide in Gaza. It needs to wake up right now to the moral consequences.

Thank you. My MP, @simonforstroud.bsky.social
had a prior engagement but asked me to send his apologies. If you come across him in the tea room you might like to mention the APPG to him. He is a GP and would be a very valuable voice in the ME cause.
My reflections after today’s APPG ME meeting….

‘As we look to 2026, it’s clear that there’s plenty that needs MPs’ engagement. Across the ME community there’s so much shared lived experience and analysis to inform the work that we do. So, let’s get on with it! Let’s all work together next year!

The thing I still can't forgive Corbyn for is the generational harm he caused by enabling Brexit. When Starmer is gone, hopefully soon, I will feel the same way about the profound harm he has caused by making it palatable for the Far Right to ditch human rights norms. It will be his shameful legacy.

Have been thinking about “immigration has been tearing this country apart.” Surely I’m not the only person to think that it isn’t true, but inflamed rhetoric about immigration by politicians is what is tearing this country apart and so statements like that only makes it worse.
