After the US created a vacuum in Iraq in which Islamic State flourished or handing a Taliban-purged Afghanistan back to the Taliban after 20 years of death and sacrifice, I'm not sure that hearing Trump say the "US will run Venezuela" will fill Venezuelans with much confidence.
