In just a few days, over 1600 people have booked tickets to hear Randa Abdel-Fattah speak at two events in Adelaide, early March. Perhaps 400 would have heard her speak if racists hadn't disinvited her from Adelaide Writers Week. This is solidarity.
PS Read her novel, if you can find a copy

As if Grace Tame would give a crap if her Australian of the Year title were removed.

As if it would stop her speaking.

Tame has dealt with real life things. She won’t be cowed so easily.

This week Israel has passed sweeping new measures to further annex the occupied West Bank. The UK govt has responded: "Any attempt to alter the geographic or demographic make up of Palestine is wholly unacceptable"

Israel is doing it & the UK govt refuses to take any action.

Longer term, Minns doesn't want pesky protestors getting in the way of his close relations with the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce, and their "deep ties with companies involved in the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank."

I have viewed some absolutely awful footage from the peaceful anti #Herzog rallies in #Sydney and beyond, was that really the #NSW police on our streets, or did we import the #IDF along with #Herzog for tactical advice on crowd control? #auspol

Anthony Albanese’s time as leader of the Labor Party over the last 7 years, has exposed their political agenda for what it really is. Serving a few vested interests with no interest in serving the nation, democracy, workers or the people.

Ditto the Australian Labor party under Albanese
Labour is right of centre. A few platitudes and breakfast clubs are hardly anything to crow about. Then we have the Zionist influence which is strong in labour under Starmer
February 10, 2026 at 10:44 AM
“supposed” is the key. The ALP abandoned any pretence at being a progressive party since the defeat in 2019. Albanese and the party at best LNP-Lite and have abandoned any pretence of progressivism. Never again will I be voting ALP!
Surely the question on every Labor voter's lips - why is the supposed progressive party so silent?
The similarity to the members of the GOP in their acceptance of DJT and the Labor caucus's silence re tax, fossil fuels, NACC etc is stunning
February 10, 2026 at 10:42 AM
Ditto Canberra
Yet we have so many Zionist supporters and genocidal deniers led by Starmer in government - 180 MP’s

Peter who? I thought he was once a credible commentator but not being a subscriber to the toxic rag he now proselytizes for I’ve lost touch. Just as well it seems
Every now and then I am reminded that someone at the Daily Mail thought putting Peter van Onselen behind a paywall would attract subscribers.

In a side note, you'll be shocked *shocked, I tells ya* to discover the he remains utterly obsessed with criticising Grace Tame

Does anyone know the condition of this man?
Video shows a man pinned to the ground as Australian police strike him repeatedly during an arrest. The man appears already subdued as blows continue. The incident occurred at protests in Sydney against Israeli President Isaac Herzog.

Minns wasn’t looking for a sensible solution - he’s captive of pro - Zionist lobby.
Minns really dug himself a hole here. Instead of finding a sensible way out, he's escalated at every available opportunity and now he has a lot of very bad footage of people being given a pasting by a moustachioed brigade of losers, but he thinks he has to support them because he put them there.

Minns as Bjelke-Petersen clone? Can totally believe it!
I think it's all just a little bit of history repeating. Minns has done a Bjelke-Petersen, basically enabling cops to inflict brutality, with complete disregard for human rights. Just like Joh, Minns claimed to have done this in the interests of public safety.
Look familiar?

Lots of signatures there. Note that, at the 2021 census, only about 70,000 Australian adults ticked Judaism as their religion (more would be Jewish by birth/association, by including seculars and a few with other religions).
Proud to be a signatory.

Grace is a true humanitarian. She is fighting to protect one of the most vulnerable at risk communities on the planet.
