Yes, quite. But also worth pointing out that it directly contradicts Trump's unusually consistent view about nation building.

Which is hardly a surprise because you can tell always tell when he's lying which is to say he's always lying.
Lest anyone for a single moment thinks this latest coup is a somehow a dramatic breach of long-term US foreign policy.

Chief political commentator at The Independent, folks.
But can anyone tell me what this bit means? “For too long, those fluent in the good grammar of civility have deployed decorum to mask agendas of cruelty.”

In another of my signature naive questions, what is it that a Federal Royal Commission can achieve that a state one can’t?

I understand the politics of it but would it be able to do more? My uneducated view says maybe?

And when they came for the golf courses I said nothing because, uh, that’s where nice housing and parks can go.

Obviously that won’t happen because Trump, but I can dream.

Further to this, I have two Qantas lounge passes if you’re off somewhere. Free. Gratis. Nobody I ever offer them to ever wants them (although if you’re flying out of Sydney International in the next 18 months, don’t bother)
