Genuinely concerned that they’re going to kidnap Mamdani.
So, I believe making threats against federal officials is a crime, and even a generous reading of the SCOTUS decision, I don’t think, would consider posting as an “official act.” I know we live in upside down times and nothing is real, but if laws mattered, he could be charged with a crime.
Remarkable: Rep Chrissy Houlahan, one of the Dems that Trump called for executing, tells me her office literally filled out a Capitol Police threat report that listed "the president" as the person making the threat.
