To think people want to dismantle or privatise something so good is baffling. Public services are a gift. Looking at the Trump BBC debacle along side this these hypersensitive power hungry greed muppets are sick. Society is sick. Toddlers running amuck naked and we scream how fine their clothes are.

Been in hospital with the boy for a few days (he is okay). I know this preaching to the choir but good god, the NHS; what a thing. When I see the frayed worn edges of the hospital, it absolutely boils my blood to think what thin skinned billionaires could do to help others if they wanted to.

Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill are doing a a podcast called Pondcast where they reminisce about Doctor Who. No word on when it will become available but they’ve already recorded a few and have had Steven Moffat as a guest.

Perhaps the Royal British Legion should threaten to sue if Trump doesn’t apologise.
President Trump criticises France and others for celebrating remembrance day, saying, "We're the one that won the wars"
Surreal, and so very disrespectful to every person who fought in the wars for the freedoms we all enjoy today

The reaction to the Panorama edit has been nothing short of hysterical. Yes the BBC has some impartiality problems. But its biggest isn't the one you think.

Well, this is a lovely surprise. Next month* there will be another chance to hear a show I wrote called No-Platformed which I assumed had been consigned to audio oblivion. As I recall, it contains quite a lot of strange jokes. 📻 www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m...

Please no, I can’t bear to see them miss the point, or make similar mistakes they made with Watchmen.
Hopefully Alan Moore will cast a hex on it.

This report from RCEM, one of our coalition partners to end corridor care, should send shockwaves through govt.
It shows that standards have fallen so far that many no longer expect to be treated in clinically appropriate spaces.
We need data & transparency on how widespread corridor care is now.
