I'm going to share this classic from 2019.

It was created on that other site by a Wall Street Quant, and from what happened since, it looks to be incredibly accurate.

Just watched this interview by New Yorker editor David Remnick of Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown about the Epstein files.

Highly recommended!

Hey @paris.nyc, I shared your Consumer Reports "Lead in Protein Powder" article with a bodybuilding friend, who had just been told he has stage 2 liver disease.

It turns out his favorite snack has a California Prop 65, and that might be the thing damaging his liver.

Thanks so much for your work!

This week the French government raided the Paris offices of X, Elon Musk's social media platform, as part of a criminal investiaation into "Child Sexual Abuse" associated with Epstein Files and much, much more.

Not a warning letter. A raid. Computers. Documents. Servers Banking. Etc.

I don't have a lot of followers, but I wish all of them would read what @padresj.bsky.social has to say.
When you are a citizen of the US, but you aren't anglo, it's important to have touchstones to remind you that "you belong".

I was born in the US more than half-a-century ago to immigrant parents. I remember being told to "go back" to where I came from & hearing every ignorant slur you can imagine.

Hey paris.nyc, I just finished @twit.tv "Intelligent Machines" and loved your positive take on the later Matrix films.

My late wife was a huge fan, and met Lana Wachowski when she was at Chicago's Music Box theater to present Sense8. She started talking to Lana's mom, who introduced them.

Listening to @twit.tv "Intelligent Machines". @scottmanley.bsky.social did the math about data centers in space, and from what I understand, unless there's been a breakthrough in the physics of heat transfer, it just doesn't make sense.

What if Epstein files scandal reaches eventually every world leader at some point? Royalty is shaky and democrazies tremble. What kind of system would be transparent enough to prevent Epstein files never again? What kind of system prevents all the victims? I wonder.

Thank you for bringing up the Transit app on @twit.tv "Macbreak Weekly" @shelly.brisbin.net

I used it today, and was curious if it was accessible for those with low or no vision. I wish they were more active here on BlueSky.

I can confirm that they have responded to my corrections about Chicago.

Best approach I've ever encountered for a band or musician to protect themselves from avaricious forces of the music business. From Dave Stewart's autobiography "Sweet Dreams Are Made of This: A Life In Music"

2 managers auditing each other to get that last 5%.

In April 2025, Trump threatened 5 law firms w/the threat of executive orders.

The firms agreed to provide a total of $600 million in free legal services to Trump.

It LOOKS like the raving of a lunatic, but this is Trump's REASONED way of forcing everyone to stop reporting on his poor leadership.

He can't win in court, but he can make it costly to hurt his feelings.

And he used the office of the President to do it.

Suffering a bit of food poisoning, and I have to once again acknowledge that my Toto Washlet bidet toilet seat has proven to be the greatest improvement in the quality of my life.

The seat is warm, the water is warm, and it even blows warm air to dry me.

Fascinating thread. For several years I was traveling twice a week between Kansas City and Chicago via Megabus.

Because I figured out when they started selling them, I managed to take every single trip for $1.

Kansas City to Chicago every Friday night.
Chicago to Kansas City every Sunday.
I just woke up from a nap and somehow while I was asleep, everyone on the bus has figured out we are not going to the right place
