Right, it would ban and criminalize virtually all hemp-derived products currently on the market. Incredibly reckless to destroy a growing industry with more than 300,000 workers with no hearings or debate of any kind in Congress.

GOP should give Schumer a win here or there bc he's so massively feckless he's a perfect foil for them. Instead they crushed him to dust and he'll be replaced (hopefully) by a real human being.

What this means at its very core is these senators fully believe their constituents are idiots. If any of these cowards retain their seats, then they’ll be proven right in that assessment.
Democrats negotiated a plan where a 8 completely safe dems would vote to open and the rest can post “i voted no” thats what all the negotiations were about: how they would explain the optics of the loss. it was never about saving healthcare
