Yeah I'm a socialist because socialists are trying to make things better. Retweets =/= endorsements. He/him. Performative male without the milky drinks.

This likely won't stop anyone, but don't read everything online, especially social media, as serious?

“Who in the United States of America wants a war between the United States and Europe … over GREENLAND??”
I can't believe I'm posting this video - but we actually have to have a conversation about the real world implications of America going to war over Greenland.

Let me walk you through it. It doesn't turn out well for us.

Yeah you’re right they should probably sit down and shut up, why bother with anything
Regime change means decades of internal conflict and instability. How are Americans still this dense. Does nobody remember Iraq or Libya.

And yet, the progressive movement and Democratic Party still haven’t figured out how to boycott it.

A ream of norms are being shattered daily, but as a tech expert this one really shocks me. For a generation CSAM has been *THE* flaming red line for a tech platform. If they spent money on ANYTHING, it was moderating it miles away. To even have the whiff of it was a Federal kiss of death. Now? 🤷‍♂️
I want to highlight this important story by my friends @nbcnews.com - www.nbcnews.com/tech/interne... "The Internet Watch Foundation said it found topless images of girls that dark web forum users attributed to xAI’s Grok Imagine." <-- the AI generated CSAM / NCII immediately escapes containment

you people are absolutely baffling. yeah, no shit there are Bad™ geopolitical interests who oppose the regime, that doesn't make the regime good. do you people not care about the hundreds of iranians dying in the street right now? like literally, right now, as we keyboard warrior?
Sure will be great to have the biggest geopolitical rival to Israel fall. I'm sure that won't empower the Kahanists to immediately pursue their goals of a Greater Israel or anything.

That's totally not why Israel, by their own admission, has Mossad agents on the ground of Iran or anything.

yes! a good number of MAHA-approved products are just repurposed waste from beef production
i'm not saying this as anyone who knows anything about health; i'm saying it as someone who is an alleged expert in interest group politics: the American beef industry is all over MAHA, wellness, and podcast spaces.

remember "bacon mania?" totally a marketing strategy by the pork industry.
New federal dietary guidelines give federal approval to beef tallow, a fat that both cardiologists and the U.S. government told Americans to avoid for nearly half a century.

With what's going on over here it's easy to ignore what's happening in Iran, which is also horrible but might result in regime change at long last? Maybe? The violence is beyond words but we can only stand in solidarity and hope that (one of) their long national nightmares might soon be over.

There are debatable exceptions, but as a historical and theological matter, no, most likely would not.

Some Founding Fathers were deists. Some were Quakers. Others were Presbyterians who wrote a lot about religious freedom.

And some were, uh, Thomas Paine (here in a later edition of Common Sense):

How dangerous is it really to work for ICE?
According to ICE’s own data, none of its officers have been killed by an immigrant in the agency’s history.

We had a good guy with a gun. An Army vet who stopped a shooter at our local mall, probably prevented a mass shooting.

The local PD saw a black guy holding a gun and shot him on site.

His name was E.J. Bradford
Where are all the good guys with guns? The people who have spent the last 50 years telling us that we had to make sure every American has a gun in case we needed them to protect ourselves from tyranny?

And where are the stories to point this out (they may be there; I just don't know)?
