The US now has the Thiel-Vance foreign policy, the Steve Witkoff foreign policy, the Jared Kushner foreign policy, the Marco Rubio foreign policy, and once in a blue moon the Donald Trump foreign policy... and Putin and Netanyahu plus Saudi, UAE & Qatar drive most of it.

There are going to be prominent Democrats and mainstream media voices who insist that we have to "turn the page" and "forgive and forget" and they should all be roundly ignored, if not mercilessly mocked.
It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.

We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.

We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.

Before a single strike, several lawyers raised red flags:
• No self-defense justification
• No organized armed group attacking Americans
• No legal basis for killing civilians

These concerns were documented and ignored — they appear to have been executions.

So Bezos is in them too then?
The Washington Post editorial board decided the Epstein files have “no public interest” before even seeing them. That’s a stunning position for any newsroom to take. Praising Clay Higgins as the lone ‘no’ vote, too? No wonder no one trusts legacy media. Absolutely disgusting.

Lol what a grotesque joke Trump's so-called "peace plan" for Ukraine is. It enshrines all of Moscow's war aims in exchange for absurdly vague, utterly flimflam "security guarantees" not worth the paper they're printed on.
This excellent WSJ annotation of the Molotov/Ribbentrop … sorry, Witkoff/Dmitriev … “peace deal” for Ukraine shows how ridiculously vague and utterly unworkable this thing is

Russia rejected their own peace plan?
Russia flat out rejects Trump's 28-point peace plan: "Even in a reduced military and territorial form, Ukraine would remain a significant danger, requiring us to keep our forces on the western borders."

On the patently unlawful boat strikes

It's hard for USGs to claim ‘mistake of law’ or ‘advice of counsel’ – when they’re firing lawyers who wouldn't sign off on the strikes.

WaPo's new revelations on firings or removals:

1) CIA General Counsel
2) NSC Legal Adviser
3) CIA Mission Center’s lawyer

Trump tips his hand in claiming that encouraging service members to disobey illegal orders is "seditious." It implicitly reveals he is knowingly and intentionally committing crimes and shows he intends to commit more crimes.

This is the indecent where the agent rammed her with his car, pulled a gun on her, and said “do something, bitch.” He later bragged about it in text messages.
New: the govt has moved to dismiss its assault case against Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, two people accused of "box[ing] in" a Border Patrol vehicle in Chicago on Oct. 4.

One agent shot Martinez, with evidence presented to the court that he later bragged about in text messages.

DHS claimed that agents were forced to use riot munitions to disperse an "unruly mob" on September 19.

In fact, "the scene [was] quiet," and then "almost immediately and without warning, agents lob flashbang grenades, tear gas, and pepper balls, stating 'fuck yea!' as they do so."

On October 28, DHS's social media account claimed that on October 23, "rioters" had "shot at agents with commercial artillery shell fireworks," thus forcing agents to deploy tear gas and riot munitions.

Judge Ellis reviewed the video. This was completely false. The explosions were DHS's flashbangs!

THREAD: Judge Ellis is the first federal judge to review extensive body cam video of DHS's actions in Chicago. She finds that DHS *repeatedly* misled the public and made claims that were disproven by agents' own videos.

I'll go through some of the most egregious ones here.

Garbage Dems like Cuellar, MGP, Souzzi, and Golden being on this list is not a surprise. These people are Republicans in the closet.

What is disappointing is to see the Californians on this list. And also Vindman who just last night challenged Trump from the House floor.
These 20 House Democrats just joined Republicans in voting to fully repeal DC's police reform laws.

Wiping off the books critical laws on use of force, transparency, and preventing violent cops from getting rehired.

They think that they should have more say over DC police than the people of DC.

At some point, incompetence and deliberate indifference to the law reaches a point where it is indistinguishable from deliberate misconduct. This is why you don’t hand a complex matter to someone who has never presented to a grand jury before.
A federal judge ORDERS the disclosure of James Comey's grand jury minutes to the defense, citing a "disturbing pattern pattern of profound investigative missteps" and casting doubt on Lindsey Halligan's declaration about the gap in the record.
