Oh this answers for me why there has been such chatter about a shipwreck that I have virtually never heard of before.
In the century leading up to 1975, nearly 6000 freighters went down in the Great Lakes.
The Edmund Fitzgerald was the last.
The last. In 50 years, not a single commercial freighter has been lost in the Great Lakes.
Why?
It's NOAA. Of course it's NOAA.

Some folks are calling for Schumer's removal as Democratic Leader. Senate Democratic caucus rules, which hasn't changed since 2017, don't appear to allow removal, don't appear to allow no confidence votes, and generally contemplate elections only at congress's start or when vacancies occur. BUT...

Basically, the putsch ultimately succeeded, which is galling to say but that's what happened.
Let the record show that President Donald Trump issued mass preemptive pardons to those involved in his effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election five years to the day since the Four Seasons Landscaping debacle in Philadelphia.
