Okay, that’s it. Off to bed for me.

You made my night.
Weirdly, this is all part of a 50-year-long plan to get their parents back together
The identical twin brother of MAGA Texas Rep. Troy Nehls is hoping to replace his brother in Congress after Nehls announced his retirement on Saturday.

I’m not a shitposter.

I am a witposter, the likes of which only ever appears on the eve of 5 in. of snow after months of hardly posting nary a skeet and idling by whilst waiting for my beautiful partner to return from her late-night studies of Christianity’s horrors upon First Peoples in Wisconsin.

A narrow win over the Shatner, Walken, and Brooks commas.
All I want for Christmas is for everyone to begin using the Oxford comma.

If we’re gonna officially call for “remigration” here in the United States, let me say I fully support Native peoples reclaiming their lands.

I welcome figuring out where all of us white folks should end up.

Stay woke, DHS. Self-deport your asses back to Europe.

damn this fascist ideology to hell, and damn the blasphemous theologies that support it
The White Christian Supremacism of this administration is so extreme that it seems like it’s got to resolve with either a massive rejection of such illiberalism, or a violent, authoritarian imposition of it.

The President of the United States just called for Democratic members of Congress to be executed. "HANG THEM", he posted.

If you're a person of influence in this country and you haven't picked a side, maybe now would be the time to pick a fucking side.

As a victim of a child abuser…

all this vomit being ejected from the mouths of conservative pundits in defense of Epstein really makes living hard.

To the 77 million Trump voters and those who believe these conservative news outlets?

You are no different than my abusive father.

Dear Humans,

Trump is in a full out panic. He hasn’t posted in 24 hours. It’s time to make him the pedophile formerly known as president. If you could do that God would be so happy.

@baldwin.senate.gov In the absence of decisive Democrat leadership, I am losing confidence the party’s ability to win on behalf of the poor, the worker, minorities and children.

Your colleagues who bent the knee MUST GO. Insist on their resignations, especially Kaine, King, Durban, and Fetterman.
November 10, 2025 at 1:20 PM
@baldwin.senate.gov I am one of your constituents in Wisconsin. Schumer and the Democrat senators who caved to Republicans MUST GO when so many of your colleagues in local and state elections won ON THE ISSUES.

We need affirmative, positive victories against fascists, not empty, vain excuses.

Jesus, people, I'm not saying they'll all fall on their swords because we ask politely.

You demand a politician's resignation not because you think it will actually happen, but because you want to make it clear you think it *should* happen, you're that pissed off.

It's a vote of no confidence.

I called for this with Kaine last night, but Brian is right that it holds true for King, Durbin and Fetterman too.
If I lived in Virginia, the second that Spanberger is sworn in as governor, I'd be demanding @kaine.senate.gov's resignation so she could replace him with someone who's actually aware of what is going on.

The surrender caucus secured yes votes from Democrats who aren't facing re-election this cycle, but four of them have Democratic governors who can pick their replacement.

If you live in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maine or Virginia this is an easy and effective way to make your anger clear.
Yup, and the damage isn’t so much in the story as in the proof of weakness. Trump now knows he has new torture tools to make Dems do what he wants. It’s why at least one of the 7 capitulators oughta be run out of office now, mid session. Get that number down to 6. www.offmessage.net/p/16-thought...

This is absolutely right.

The eight who signed off on this disaster of a deal were acting as a shield for colleagues who are up this cycle. Don't let any of them off the hook just yet.
The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)

We had all the momentum

•The American people were blaming Republicans

•A landslide Democratic victory

•Courts ordering Trump to fund SNAP benefits

Yet you couldn't convince your caucus to fight for us

It's the final straw that breaks the back of your tenure as leader, Senator

Time to step down
Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting
