I also volunteer for this. It is only when I'm not in school that the economy sinks like a stone. I would like to return to research, writing, making art, and designing campaigns that are never for banks or oligarchs.
for a large enough sum, I will re-enroll in some kind of graduate program and thus make the economy good again. the correlations on this are undeniable: when I am in grad school, the job market is doing well. I am reasonable and will accept as little as $300k annually to do this.

How did we become home to the most brainwashed group of citizens in the world? The field day that will be had with us thru this century, in research alone. I graduated HS 89, forced to pay attention through circumstance.
Head in the sand is where many of my contemporaries volunteer to be, still 🤦‍♀️
Comparing protesting to a bank robbery while Trump pardons meth dealers.
Harmett Dhillion threatens Don Lemon: "Imagine you have a bank robbery that's being planned by a number of criminals ... and then a podcaster says, 'Let me embed myself in here and come along for the ride and livestream the crime.' That would not be protected by the 1st Amendment."

Thanks for your fascinating talk! I have a relative who was a Jewish volunteer in the Brigades (Henryk Torunczyk, Chief of Staff of the Naftali Botwin Company). I would love to learn more about your research, and would happy to share what I've learned from relatives about him.

So far they have not disobeyed Trump's illegal orders.

Pew Research data indicates most military are MAGAts.

I postulate it's because we have a volunteer military, attractive to authoritarian anti-democracy types.

Albatross chicks begin hatching in a few weeks! Note the “egg talk.” Research in other #Birds suggests vocalization thru the egg shell may help embryos learn species-specific calls & identify parents.

Thanks for flagging. Planning to join if at all possible. This sounds really interesting for anyone involved with hospital records. Kat Rawling did some of her research with us at Tyne & Wear Archives, and we knew her late dad as a dedicated volunteer over many years.

That's right, it's been one full year of the ETA!

We've accomplished a lot as a fledgling organization and put together this wrap-up to celebrate what we've achieved—all thanks to your support, as well as the hard work of our volunteer team of nerds with a passion for empirical fact! 🥳

Do some research on the voters Buttigieg appealed to during the Iowa and New Hampshire caucus/primary.

He pulled many conservatives even having some volunteer for him.

Your donations expand our volunteer team's efforts with some paid hours of research, writing, outreach, organizing, and lobbying that are essential to to defend and improve our public schools, in a time when our own administration is working to dismantle the foundation of public education.

They’re great (although I’m slightly biased as a volunteer)! There are a lot of unions out there now doing really excellent organizing among postdocs and research scientists in the hard sciences (UAW represents all the scientists at University of California and Harvard).
