The sitting President of the United States stating we should not have midterm elections is in direct contradiction of his oath to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution and should be treated as an impeachable offense, not as a "takeaway" from an interview.

Omg liberals SHUT THE FUCK UP WITH THIS TALKING POINT. IN NO WAY IS IT TRUE AND EVEN IF IT WERE, WTF IS THE TAKEAWAY FROM IT? TO BE HOPELESS?!??!
And you'd like them to do precisely what when they have no votes?

Auth is easy; enterprise auth is not. I spent time evaluating WorkOS AuthKit + Radar, and the big takeaway is this:

They are built for the moment your SaaS stops being small

He also voices Kokkol, so the takeaway here is that Lalas are allowed to have facial hair so long as they share a VA with Hancock.
And finally, the announcer behind it all: Metem, voiced by Ciarán Owens! 🎩🎙️

Which character from the Arcadion raid series is your favorite?

The whole skit is pretty wicked. The other takeaway is that there’s a huge cheer when Rachel Dratch shows up on screen and that’s a huge sign that people should put her in more stuff.

My minor takeaway is...DID WE LEARN NOTHING FROM ENTERPRISE? Which member of the brain trust keeps deciding that what Star Trek needs to rope in "the youths" is to score some cool footage with a cheesy ass power ballad? I get what they were going for but geeze.

To me this was THE takeaway for anyone who was paying attention in 2020-2021.
There's no end to this. What stops a gang of federal thugs from breaking into your house, killing you, and taking your stuff? Declaring you a terrorist after the fact and going home unscathed? Nothing! The state and local governments are declaring their helplessness openly

My main takeaway from the first episode of Starfleet Academy is that Holly Hunter remains a great actress and seems poised to be able to carry the series through the inevitably growing pains of a new show, much like Patrick Stewart, Avery Brooks, and Kate Mulgrew did before her.

I was pane-ing tofu earlier and, let me tell you, my aesthetic was nowhere near as strong as yours there. Chipped plates and leftover takeaway containers.

Every now and then I think of the person who saw the final chapter of my Advent Calendar of Scrooges and their takeaway was, "You have money for greenscreen effects, but not for a cane?"

My job has really tasty breakfast burritos at the takeaway food kiosk.
Here’s a topic outside the news.

What’s the most unlikely place you’ve ever had the best particular food or drink you’ve ever had?

Like, not the best steak at the world’s top steakhouse. Something weirder.

Best burger I’ve ever had? Fresno airport.

Best cup of coffee? Crater Lake Lodge.

Twitter is that "bad neighbourhood" your parents warned you about.
My biggest takeaway from that cesspool was... These people vote?

One takeaway is that Noem is a deceitful cheat.
Madison Sheahan, a 28-year-old former fish cop who Trump up-jumped to No. 2 at ICE, is the newest candidate in #OH09:

“I absolutely think I’m qualified for the job. Because at the end of the day, what really makes anybody qualified for any job?”

Not a takeaway of any importance, but how relevant do we think lux accommodations and connecting flights were to their choice of destination?

I'm about a decade removed from this, but my takeaway was always "You have this time and these skills and *that's* what you want to do with them?"

Granted, my career is a little weird, but I didn't get into engineering to be bored.

Birdsong quiets anxiety and paranoid thoughts, according to a Neuroscience study. The takeaway? The sounds we hear daily affect our mental health more than we realize.

None of it is surprising but, er, "when you think of it, we shouldn't even have an election".

That takeaway was put last.

Why no peace in Ukraine? Asked directly what the hold-up was, Trump answered: “Zelenskiy”.

As despicable as ever.

I was just watching an interview with Frank frazetta‘s granddaughter and the basic Takeaway was. He actually did like so many refs or thumbnails before he attacked a piece. So when he did the piece, he could just go at it quickly without thinking because he’d had already figured it all out.

Rep. Eric Gisler’s first-day takeaway at the Capitol:
Republicans talk about “affordability” mostly through tax cuts—while others see many more ways to lower costs for everyday people.

So what does affordability mean to you? 💬

@williambwest.bsky.social going back and watching Alf and my biggest takeaway is the two kids have ZERO charm or real personality. And yes I know Alf is the star there but these kids could’ve been literally anyone else and you wouldn’t tell the difference.

For a little break, I went to a shop in Saltaire that makes good coffee. The cafe is closed Mon - Thu so I was just going to get a takeaway. <name of barista>, though, cleared a comfy chair in the shop for me, made me a long black in a ceramic (rather than paper) cup and comped me the coffee saying…

people love to wait until they're on a busy train carriage with no openable windows to wiggle their fingers lick their lips and open the most foul smelling tupperware or takeaway box of all time. for some reason
