I give you hockey, sir. I think around 30% of baseball is Latino (Dominicans, Cubans, for example), less African-Americans than there used to be but an increasing number of Asians.

this isn't the point but when I was discerning the priesthood a long time ago, we used to say that people become Dominicans or Paulists or diocesan because they want to be priests... but Jesuits become priests because they want to be Jesuits
