Exactly! Unless you got in prior to interest hikes and the COVID migrations, it’s best to just find your way through energy technologies and commodities. AI is too volatile, nuanced and knowledge specific for most investors. You can still get good returns from energy sectors on a 5 year yield.
Mind you, Residential real estate ain’t quite the investment it once was. If you’re not going to be in the house a solid 15-20 years you aren’t guaranteed the ROI our parents were. For some (many), you’re better off investing in the stock market for faster returns.

Whenever I care deeply for someone and/or really enjoy them as a person, it’s hard not to wonder what could be. But fear, timing, and life have a way of complicating that. Still, I think love rooted in real friendship is the kind that lasts, in whatever form it takes.
