Every office has an executive tier whose emails are like:

saw on news , , can we replce complianc dept with web 3

and a worker tier whose emails are like:

Dear Jim,
First of all, I *love* this idea! Unfortunately, I spoke with Legal and identified a few issues with this approach. For starters…
Well, it's a little clearer now why billionaires are so invested in technology that produces better written emails.

I think this captures quite well how many Dems are feeling today. The party is going to have to be dragged into this century, and this moment. And it can't just happen during elections.
The fact that many Democratic Senators are profoundly trapped in an unreal matrix of DC-media assumptions is a disaster on an epic scale. But it’s also an opportunity.

You have to wait years to primary most Senators, but you can fight to change those assumptions now.

Let me explain…

Once again. I implore you that if you're still on Twitter, know that even if *you* think it's still a "normal" platform, corporations think it's full of nothing but rubes and reactionary crypto-bros and degenerate gamblers (is there a difference?)

Get off of Twitter. Your brain is being cooked.

My goodness, this was an excellent insight into where the Grey Lady is now. Very depressing.

There’s certainly an argument to be made that this is the most unjust thing to happen in our lifetimes.
Wow, a trillion dollar payout for Elon Musk? That’s literally $1.66 million for each of the 600,000 people his cuts to USAID have reportedly killed.

Nuremberg trials for these monsters, all of them.
Today @TheNewYorker released our short documentary “Rovina’s Choice” online.

It traces the ongoing effects of the sudden shutdown of US foreign aid through the story of one mother in Kenya as she seeks to save her daughter from sickness and starvation. 🎥 1/ www.newyorker.com/culture/the-...

I'm struck by how similar Doug Ford and Andrew Cuomo are. Both are guys who wanted to be mayor of a city they loathe. #ONPoli #TOPoli

Pains me to say it but I think this is true. Some of my colleagues in the media who’ve stayed on X don’t even realize how badly its noxious algorithm is skewing their perception of politics and reality.

Also, that place seems designed to make you miserable unless you’re a Nazi. It’s just wretched.
Tonight's even more proof the mainstream reporters who are still on Twitter are suffering from a brain problem akin Havana Syndrome that is preventing them from accurately doing their jobs. They are being cooked alive by a snuff-focused apartheid algorithm.

If you are a Democratic senator watching these results and the lesson you take is "I should cave and help Republicans reopen the government for nothing more than a promise written on toilet paper" then you shouldn't be in the Senate anymore
These big wins will embolden Dems to take on Trump's lawbreaking and show there's a price for GOP enabling of him. Folks hate to hear this, but normal patterns are asserting themselves: Liberalism isn't dead, Rs are likely to lose in 2026, and Trump is really unpopular, not a magical exception.

If there was ever a night I was going to poke my head back in on that Shithole that Musk Bought™️, it would be tonight, but I'm still not going to do it. Hoping that there's lots of rending of garments and gnashing of teeth.
