Did you know: Zohran, Brad Lander, and Adrienne Adams *all* would have got more votes than Cuomo in the ranked-choice primary?
The organized bloc-vote enabled Z to focus on winning. @dreamfornyc.bsky.social, @lindseyboylan.bsky.social, and ✨especially @nywfp.bsky.social✨ organized this bloc-vote.

If you’ve been looking for an alternative to funding establishment Dems who are cowards at the end of the day, please look into WFP. This grassroots party has done a significant amount of work over the years to elect progressives and make real change.
That’s why we’ll be working to unseat both Republicans as well as corporate Democrats who have kowtowed to the Trump agenda and replace them with Working Families Party champions who will fight to lower the cost of living and guarantee health care for every family.

WFP is an incredible organization made up of incredible people. It has felt like home since I joined, including when I was on the West Coast and now here back at home. Every chapter seems to pull in the best people fighting for justice in all the right ways.
@workingfamilies.org is the future.

If you’re in NY, you absolutely should follow and join the efforts of the @nywfp.bsky.social. They are ACTIVE and ON THE BALL and a big part (along with many other parts) of how Mamdani won.
This is a good time to join the WFP @workingfamilies.org I'm a broken record and if they ain't going to learn they need to learn by us not cooperating with their party anymore and building a political force that is so big that can hold different tenants but still have values.

There’s a reason Mamdani voted for himself under the Working Families Party. You’re seeing that reason why NOW.
From now on, it’s @workingfamilies.org forward.
May the old Democrat ways die.

For those looking for a new party away from the Democrats or going independent, please take a look at the modern progressive party, The Working Families Party.
It's time to stand behind leaders who are truly invested in working class, everyday Americans who are struggling.

Tonight, Senate Republicans — aided by eight Democrats — passed a funding bill that will raise healthcare premiums for millions of Americans and leave some families without health care at all.

And this is why I am a proud @workingfamilies.org member, not a Democrat.
There IS a difference, and it is blindingly visible when the working class gets kicked off a loading ramp and into a pile of jagged legislation.

An agreement to agree to do a later vote is NOT an enforceable contract so what in the actual hell are Americans getting out of this deal??

This movement that we are watching unfold - Zohran Mamdani, Prop 50 in CA, regular people everywhere who are taking power from those at the top -
this movement doesn't build itself.
Funding the work is essential. We power the party, not billionaires: wfpus.org/JoinUs

This is a bad deal for Americans.
Voters turned out in record numbers last wk to elect Democrats believing they would fight for working families.
We urge Senate Dems to vote NO on the reported GOP budget package, which fails to address the devastating health care crisis.
