A murder by secret police in Minneapolis, the hub of the upper middle western province of Minnesota, has led to protests and increasingly heavy handed repression by state security services. Outside experts say this may be the spark that ignites a powder keg of simmering unrest against the regime
I think it’s fair to say that there is a low-intensity civil conflict in Minnesota right now.

#tdih 1966 Vernon Dahmer killed when home (family inside) was firebombed by KKK. 💔

Day before, he'd offered to pay poll tax for anyone who couldn't afford to register to vote. #Terrorism

This was year after '65 VRA, still poll tax in local Miss. elections.🧵

The murder of Renee Good —& the way the Administration is smearing her —is reminiscent of the murder of Viola Liuzzo, a white Detroit mother killed by the KKK while driving marchers home after the Selma to Montgomery march. The FBI had an informant in the Klan car.

...pose here. If we can't know the names of law officers who shoot civilians, then how the fuck do we know if they've shot one of us, or two, or ten? And how can we know if those incidents were justifiable or questionable or, in the case of these two shootings, disastrous as police work?

This is the thing about the "Don't give them the pretext to send in more feds" arguments. The administration is using its own murder of an unarmed civilian as the pretext to send in more agents. They do not need a pretext and will invent them if they want.
