Good that the grand jury rejected this obviously illegal move to indict sitting Senators for making true statements. But horrifying that the government tried. The DOJ has been fully corrupted into a Trump propaganda arm. It will have to be rebuilt from the ground up

In a floor speech, Ro Khanna, a Democratic representative, revealed identities of six men after seeing unredacted files

"It is also a clear violation of the rules of the House to make statements that might personally be offensive to the President or the Vice President of the United States."

In the least shocking news ever, the DOJ illegally redacted Trump's name from manyEpstein files. [And of course that doesn't count the ones they just didn't release because they are about Trump]

Excellent reporting on this post including:

- Construction started in July 2018, during the Trump administration as a priority infrastructure project

- In 2019, Trump himself signed into law the first U.S. funding for the bridge with up to $15 million for CBP.

I've followed this project for nearly a decade. Trump's threat to block the opening of the Gordie Howe — demanding half of a bridge we didn't pay for — deserves context. Here's the line-by-line realit...

If you watched NBC's prime time broadcast of the Winter Olympics opening ceremony on Friday, you saw Vice President JD Vance in the stands at San Siro Stadium in Milan with his wife, Usha. The commentary team said "JD Vance" and moved on. Pleasant enough. But if you were watching literally any other country's broadcast—or were actually in the stadium—you heard something else: …

That's definitely right. But the same argument should hold if I wanted to make a game with that title. Trademark law doesn't generally protect titles, and in any event we generally allow someone to use another's trademark in their title as long as it is artistically relevant to the new work

It takes a very talented huckster to convince the world that purveying literal child sexual abuse material makes Elon an American speech hero fighting French oppression.
