can’t really overemphasize how much the constituency for this does not exist
Trump had found an issue more unpopular than his handling of inflation - attacking Venezuela:

i talk about this a bit on the upcoming pod but the thing here is, there’s broad elite consensus that trump is king now. some of it is bc they like what he’s doing, some is bc they’re scared of his violent base, some is bc they think it sells papers, some is bc they think it’ll help them in midterms

Luke Farritor is not “letting them die”, he is actively breaking the law and withholding life saving meds from the most vulnerable.

He is actively killing people on Musk’s orders. This is a death squad.

We won’t forget his face or his crimes.

Full text of the Ukraine-US Minerals Deal.

1. Seems fine (an investment and reconstruction fund);

2. Has no resemblance to what the Trump administration has been saying about it;

3. Can't tell if Ukraine is good at diplomacy, or Trump bad at it.

The disparity between the Biden who anticipates a degree of personal retribution that requires him to pardon essentially his whole family and the Biden who greets Trump at the front door with “welcome home” is difficult to reconcile.

Look, MVP campaigned flawlessly. Everyone trying to pick apart her campaign is too chicken shit to admit that America has a racism and sexism problem.
Did some people not vote for her and think she’d still be able to bail them out when the beast won? Because that’s sure what it sounds like.

How much harder would those judiciary committee hearings been on Trump’s nominees had Democratic leadership not literally propped Dianne Feinstein up until she dropped dead on the job?

The small flurry of threatened defamation suits is the latest sign that the incoming Trump administration appears poised to do what it can to crack down on unfavorable media coverage.

Hunter Biden didn’t deserve a pardon. Trump doesn’t deserve a pardon. The January 6 people don’t either. They’re all guilty and none of their prosecutions were politically motivated.

hate to beat a dead horse, but i will be angry for the rest of my life at everyone who had the opportunity to put this guy in cuffs and perp walk him in jan/feb 2021 and passed, and all their enablers in the press and politics who were content to move on to “normal” politics.
A thing everyone has forgotten is that Donald Trump basically sprang Roger Stone from prison so he could help with the coup and it was maybe a one day story.
