Writing two books at the same time. One an MG and one is an adult fantasy and I keep accidentally clicking into the MG and writing parts of the adult fantasy and then I go uh oh. So these books are turning out to be very avant garde.

My excitement over this novel is gradually building. I showed the barista the draft of the cover today. His eyes actually lit up. A kind man. (I made sure he wasn't occupied first.)

I've loved Sigourney Weaver ever since one of my all-time favorite movies, ALIEN. Couldn't resist going all fanboy on her yesterday & asking for a photo. She told me she's now in the cast of The Mandalorian. Talk about bad timing: she's now in that galaxy far, far away, years after I checked out! 💔
