More than half of Toronto drivers in a Universtiy of Toronto study didn't look for people walking or on bikes before turning right. Study used eye-tracking tech.

Increasingly deadly vehicles, dumb laws, and irresponsible driving equal people being injured and killed.

Can we all agree that this NATO malarkey seems absolutely dead and that the USA and Russia are effectively allies now against Europe?
And from Canada’s perspective where does that leave us and why are we buying military planes with kill switches from an enemy state and not clean planes from an ally?

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’
This is so disgusting.

Y'all the latest episode of the #Kilauea #eruption just went CRAZY. It looks like pressure built up enough to explode out the ground around the two existing vents (first few seconds), leading to a massive surge in lava fountaining.🌋🤯

Astounding! Healthcare & accommodation job gains. If Canadian’s keep spending domestically (including tourism) we can do well.

Carney has the right idea (our domestic economy can pull us through whatever Trump throws at us)!

The bottom 90% lost a collective $79 trillion in wages over the past 50 years.

Why? Because the top 1% ate up an increasingly larger share of the national income — so that $79 trillion flowed to them instead of the working class.

The greatest trick of all is trickle-down economics.

That means more access to new equipment for our Armed Forces, more investment in Canada, and massive opportunities for Canadian workers and businesses.

Honestly Canada: your country is burning down - quite literally - because of fossil fuel addiction.

And you’re continuing to expand fossil fuel extraction FOR AMERICA - and who makes the profit? AMERICAN CORPORATIONS.

Holy fuck please just wake the fuck up.
