It shouldn't matter but let me point out that I was born a woman, my passport says woman, and based on how I look I have a high risk of not being let into a bathroom
(my only saving grace is being short).

When Labour secured a 174 seat majority in 2024 they had a perfect opportunity to lead the conversation and tell the truth about immigration. The Tories were a spent force and Farridge/Reform UK could have been crushed had they beaten mercilessly with the truth and facts about Brexit. They blew it.

Tl;dr - if Labour want to combat racism, they should say racism is wrong, over and over, and act on that belief (e.g. by leaving certain social media sites owned by racists). That would do more to promote anti-racist norms, and protect the interests of Britain's minorities than immigration controls.

Just bought a holiday in a black Friday sale, possibly. Credit card company needed to do 2FA via phone call. All completed as expected. Then travel company displays an error message on screen. Waiting to see if I get a travel confirmation and/or charge to my account.
