As someone with a strategically ambiguous relationship to Anglo-Catholicism,
Worst Classics take I have literally ever heard
These guys...

Andreesen said in an interview I heard that there's been "no new information in the Classics since the 1850s" and the amount of stupidity in that is wild. Just wild.

Based on my fieldwork, the 67 meme is dead among high schoolers, dying among middle schoolers, and peaking right now among upper elementary schoolers. Some kindergarten and first graders are just getting it in the past week or two though so among them it is just picking up

Two-thirds of Democrats say their own party makes them feel frustrated. By far the most commonly cited reason is that the party is not pushing back hard enough against Trump. www.pewresearch.org/politics/202...

the Chick-fil-a-ification of everything
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.

They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.

If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."

🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.
Target is now requiring its employees to smile more
As the holiday season fast approaches, Target is urging its employees to add a little more “jolly” to their work routine.

New first as a substitute — while taking attendance the (adult!) para teacher would not stop talking to the students around her. I had to pull the “Okay, I’m waiting for everyone to be quiet” card like five times. But for some reason she must have thought that didn’t include her. Strange moment

Has a president ever been so out of touch with basic material reality. He's like Bill Gates trying to guess the price of household goods except the questions aren't sprung on him
Trump: "I don't want to hear about the affordability, because right now we're much less. If you look at energy, we're getting close to $2 a gallon gasoline."

Spanberger’s GOP foe spent 57% of her ad budget on anti-trans attacks. Spanberger focused on the economy. You see what won. trib.al/fkMmsR4

The simple truth told time and time again in the polls: The public doesn’t care about trans issues. Voters care deeply about the economy, inflation, & prices.
