Instead of fleeing, the number of millionaires in the state increased by over 30% and Massachusetts coffers saw an influx of $5.7 billion. Read the link for the many goods the money has paid for. www.peoplespolicyproject.org/2025/11/17/d...

It’s pretty wild that the most rabidly anti-immigrant administration in recent memory is comprised of a President married to an immigrant, a VP married to the daughter of immigrants, an assistant AG in charge of Civil Rights who’s an immigrant (Dhillon), & it was all funded by an immigrant (Musk).

It’s not “losing money” any more than air traffic controllers or public highways or street lights or fire departments are “losing money.” It is a government service. It’s not SUPPOSED to make money. It’s supposed to reliably deliver to anywhere in the US, even the unprofitable places.

The USPS faces a tight squeeze. With fewer people using the mail, it’s lost more and more money: $9 billion in the 12 months ending in September alone.

The Biden DOJ had a perfectly legal avenue to release this to the public—a response to a FOIA request. They may have even been legally obligated to produce it in response to the FOIA request. And they decided not to, to protect Donald Trump’s reputation? What?
Found the Associated Press article where the existence of this letter was first disclosed two years ago, in response to a FOIA request

It's definitely real

Good framing, NBC News, the Speaker (a Republican, if I recall correctly), who previously had them out for weeks rather than work on the shutdown or release the Epstein Files, is now skeedaddling off while one party is shouting for them to remain and get it done. But CONGRESS, sure.
REMINDER: Republicans sent themselves home for the holidays without any solution to the health care crisis they’ve inflicted on Americans.

did a lot of people do a lot of really unspeakably disgusting, evil things? absolutely. but investigative files are full of weird fake tips and they released all of those on purpose to flood the zone so you’ll take the bait 500 times, start feeling foolish, and either go tinfoil hat or give up.

It's actually worse. The Supreme Court has held 9-0 -- Clarence Thomas and other executive power fanatics included -- that detainees rendered to another country via the Alien Enemies Act are entitled to a pre-deportation hearing. There is no legal debate whatsoever.
Belatedly, this line from Weiss' memo is...something

Here's the thing: There's a consensus among legal experts that *wasn't* legit

New doc: A letter Epstein appears to have sent from jail to Larry Nassar referencing "our president."

"Our president also shares our love of young, nubile girls. When a young beauty walked by he loved to 'grab snatch,' whereas we ended up snatching grub in the mess halls of the system."
