I’ve created a Starter Pack of House Democrats (and committee) accounts! I’ll continue adding as more of us join.

No matter what dysfunction we may face in the coming months and years, House Democrats are here in the People’s House to fight for the people — it’s simple.

I’m a NO on the Senate’s so-called “deal.”

It does nothing to address the GOP health care affordability crisis crushing families.

There is money to build ballrooms, there is money to help Argentina, but suddenly nothing can be done to help Americans struggling to keep up with healthcare costs.

Thank you Governor Evers for your leadership and holding the line against Donald Trump’s intentions to let thousands of Wisconsinites go hungry.
Last night, the Trump Administration sent a letter suggesting Wisconsin should return our FoodShare payments.

🚨🚨BREAKING: Trump promised to slash energy prices in half.

Instead, energy prices are skyrocketing under Donald Trump and Republicans reckless mismanagement. They prioritized tax cuts for billionaires over everything and Americans are paying the price.

What happened to prices coming down on day one?

Struggling Americans can be comforted that at least Trump has accomplished:

💸tax giveaways for billionaires
🩺cut health care for millions
⚜️golden White House makeover
🚢multiple trade wars
🧪cancelled billions in research funds
November 6, 2025 at 5:19 PM
Tell me what? Under President Biden the U.S. was leading the world in pandemic recovery and inflation was cooling! Yes prices were still too high, but Republicans lied about the cause of inflation and promised to lower prices only to turn around and drive up costs for Americans.
November 5, 2025 at 4:57 PM
Republicans hold the White House, Senate, and House.

The Trump Trifecta passed tax giveaways for billionaires and cuts to health care for millions of Americans. Yet when asked to do basic governance, they send us in to the longest shutdown in American history.

I stopped by the White House to see how close I could get to the construction site of the One Big, Beautiful Ballroom.

The same pen that signed off on these contractors could have signed off on releasing SNAP benefits, which Trump is illegally blocking.

It’s despicable and a damn shame.
November 4, 2025 at 7:20 PM
FACT CHECK: Donald Trump is lying, again.

As our communities continue to recover from August's historic flooding, it is clear there is a need to build our communities back stronger and more resilient. I will continue advocating for Wisconsin’s needs at the federal level and push back against these ill-advised decisions.

I would like to associate myself with the comments of the gentlelady from Georgia.

Republicans are totally blowing it.
November 2, 2025 at 8:13 PM
Trump could easily release SNAP funding, but had to be taken to court. He must immediately release the contingency funding instead of forcing Americans to go hungry since he refuses to negotiate and open the government.
November 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM
ACA insurance premiums are going up TODAY as open enrollment begins.

This is the result of Republican inaction. They’d rather keep the government closed than address their self-inflicted health care crisis.
November 1, 2025 at 8:03 PM
The Trump administration’s plan to allow 42 million Americans, including 700,000 Wisconsinites, to go hungry was cruel and illegal.

With court rulings, the Administration must act swiftly, so that working families can access November benefits as quickly as possible.
November 1, 2025 at 5:12 PM
Something spooky you into keeping House Republicans on vacation for a sixth week in a row, Speaker Johnson?

The truth about the boogey man will come out eventually.
October 31, 2025 at 10:25 PM
House Republicans once again proving they are incapable of responsible governance and they’d rather let people lose health insurance, go hungry, and cover up the Epstein files than end their vacations.

@debbiedingell.house.gov and I know firsthand the importance of lifelines for survivors of domestic violence.

As this #DVawarenessmonth comes to an end, we implore the administration to stop destroying the infrastructure meant to support survivors.

Why you so obsessed with me?
October 31, 2025 at 6:06 PM
While working families are seeing massive spikes in their insurance premiums and are going hungry from losing SNAP, Donald Trump continues to live in an HGTV episode focused on his marble bathroom renovations.
October 31, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Donald Trump could use the same sharpie he signed off on destroying the East Wing and giving $40B to Argentina to release SNAP funding, but he won’t. Because he wants Americans to suffer.

For the GOP, racist tropes are the train that is always on time when it comes to public assistance - “nails” & “weaves” are clearly directed at Black women.

The reality is Wisconsinites in every county rely on SNAP. Of course, Ron Johnson, who married a millionaire, will never understand.
October 31, 2025 at 4:08 PM
The Trump Administration clearly plans to brazenly escalate these strikes while refusing to provide the public or CONGRESS with any information regarding basic questions about them, much less showing proof of a direct threat to national security warranting military intervention.

🚨"US job market is now 'no hire, more fire'"🚨

Driven by Donald Trump's decimation of the federal workforce and reckless economic mismanagement, the job market is collapsing.

It's only the Golden Age if you could afford a front row inauguration seat.

US job market is now 'no hire, more fire'
The U.S. labor market has been characterized as a 'no hire, no fire' landscape for much of the past year. But 'no hire, more fire' increasingly looks more accurate, providing further ammunition for the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates.

This week my fellow Wisconsinite, Shana, testified about how the ACA premiums keep insurance affordable for her family.

Families like Shana’s nationwide are counting on Congress to act! House Republicans need to return to work keep their constituents health care affordable.
