Department of Health and Human Services and all state agencies involved with the disbursement
of Medicaid funding; and

Cis people have always been the main consumers of gender affirming care, surgeries, treatment. They just don't see it as such because they feel entitled to it, they are barely even cognizant of their own genders.
It’s gender-affirming care. Like, I’m even trying to be cheeky. This is exactly what gender-affirming care is all about and I believe healthcare is a human right we ALL should have.
