Senate Democrats met privately today for lunch to discuss strategy. They widely disapprove of the six-month bill that House Republicans passed, but they remain jittery about a government shutdown if it fails. With Rand Paul a NO, the bill needs at least 8 Dems to pass the Senate. Jury's still out.

Trying to think who else deported people mysteriously to other countries on the basis of their religion or ethnicity or politics or whatever after arresting them in the night and disappearing them. I will have to think about it some more.
This is not about fighting antisemitism. This is all about silencing opposing views. Today it’s pro-Palestine, tomorrow it’s pro-Ukraine, and then it’s just deporting whomever they don’t like. And then everyone is silent.
