That’s Brent Bozell III, founder of the Media Research Center, nephew of William F Buckley and one of many Council For National Policy members who worked to oppose anti-apartheid efforts in the 1980s. Also, his son was one of the first rioters inside the Capitol on Jan 6. Got four years for it.
