Recommended to me by a friend far better read than I, this book is an intriguing and in-depth examination of how Tolkien understood his creation of languages and perspectival narratives as a work of co-creative discovery. The levels of intricacy make me think of Borges.

Why no punctuation? Many reasons, the first because I naturally think in run-on sentences and accumulated clauses. I might try translating into English or seek a more natural look on the page rendering it in Latin. The artifice needed to do so would miss the spontaneity, however.
