Doesn't matter what field they work in - anytime someone entertains the notion that AI is conscious is doing advertising for the industry.

It looks like every Irish outlet (that I've seen so far) has just transcribed a wire services report about the Linehan trial that is *dripping* with anti trans bias, misgendering the victim, calling the teenage victim an "activist" but not Linehan, and eliding the fact that the victim was a child

Thought for a long time that #WorstAmericanPresident was a singular title but I'm thinking it's more a "How many different categories can you be Worst President in?" Like we've got Andrew Jackson in "Most Violent Crimes Against Humanity", it's kinda hard to top his genocide streak.

There's so much going on here (The extendo-arms, forehead-grenade throw, AI letter-salad, shapeshifting-and-wrong gun models...) that it feels almost entertaining just to play Spot The Wrong Things, but this vomit carpet probably drained two lakes and burned 8 tons of coal to produce.
