Best thing our allies can remember: if you stand up to Trump you intimidate him and he will back down. If you crawl to him (like his sycophantic politicians) he will not respect you and will eventually throw you under the bus.

Yes. Use your library. @bookjockeyalex.bsky.social gave some tips on how to be an ally to your library. But also, strategize with your family and friends. Form community libraries and book exchanges with your loved ones.
And if you don't have extra money to buy books, get a library card and borrow for free.

Following United Farm Workers has been the single most educational thing on social media for me. Though I've known seasonal farm workers and heard about how food comes to our tables, I hadn't really had a good idea of the reality. Highly recommend following them.
