If this is true, I expect this will be an ugly week. These fascists will want to generate more splashy fascist propaganda for their IG reels before Bovino moves on.
Federal immigration agents part of the Trump administration’s “Operation Midway Blitz” may soon leave Chicago, according to multiple sources who said the controversial mission was rapidly winding down after a contentious two months of enforcement raids that have set the city and suburbs on edge.
Federal Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino and agents said to be leaving Chicago, sources say
Cmdr. Gregory Bovino was expected to depart Chicago within days, while most Border Patrol agents under this command would soon be redeployed elsewhere, three sources told the Tribune Monday.

I'm thinking of running for office. Seems like it would be nice to know that when I fuck up, many will absolve me and blame randoms instead. I'll also get the credit for victories whether I supported them or not. Sounds cushy. (I'm referring to the post L quoted)
You're right, it's my fault the elected Democratic senators folded. My anger at their lack of will to fight made them so sad that they lost their will to fight.
The defeatism on the left after we just had one of the most high profile primary upsets ever, is absolutely insane. The path forward is right there, we just saw a huge step work

Explains so much about why elected Dems roll over and surrender immediately. That's what most of the voter base does too.

Don't have any more tours this year so I likely don't have to deal with this mess, but I tentatively have to do a tv thing in NYC in a month which is likely to be canceled since cbs is dismantling itself for him. Accidentally stymied his own efforts to kill me.

How about we shut down the government for this very popular and specific goal and then, hear me out, we hold out for like a month and a half and then, ok this part is important, after a watershed election where we ran the table, ONLY THEN, fold and don't get the one thing we said we wanted.
November 10, 2025 at 2:31 AM
Just fucking pathetic. And you can absolutely include Schumer and anyone else that pulled a Susan Collins here.

Congrats. Now you get the shut down blame and all the harm involved. Of a litany of issues to have a spine on, they chose one and couldn't even do that.

This is the exact reason that came to mind when I saw they were likely going to cave, and it's pathetic that it's predictable enough to be reflex.

Never ceases to amaze me that these idiots handle guns like they're in a movie, yet actors have more extensive firearm training than them.
Video on social media shows an immigration agent pulling a gun in Little Village and holding it to the side — which is not an appropriate or safe way to hold a gun. (Among other issues.)

I thought that his move was to keep his cowardly caucus in line. Wrong again, looks like he is the key coward.
SCOOP: Schumer was more involved than reported with the attempted cave on the government shutdown. The Gang of 8 Senate Dems had his approval & he was getting daily updates.
In Thursday's caucus meeting, the Gang claimed they had 10 votes to cave. The caucus went nuts, leading to the new proposal.
