For the first time a TSA dude tried to make me feel stupid for opting out of the face pic at security, listing times where our data/pics are used. Why does that mean I should have NO boundaries? I'm sure the single mom working two jobs will be thrilled to add "negotiate for Healthcare" to her to do list; the low income individual with a chronic illness really put the screws to the big insurance company; the cancer patient have time to walk away & hold out for a better deal.

The fucking GALL of politicians to pretend individuals trying to survive day to day, suffering unexpected accidents & diagnoses, caring for kids with medical needs, have the power, time, knowledge to negotiate successfully against huge insurers holding their physical health hostage is ASTOUNDING.
I was at an event yesterday where Rand Paul spoke via video and talked about how great it was to send ACA money "directly to the people" so that they could work collectively to get better deals on health care.

Brett Kavanaugh's behavior during today's second oral arguments has been incredibly obnoxious and rude. He is so eager to kill a service member's lawsuit against a negligent government contractor that he keeps interrupting other justices, raising his voice, and getting emotional. Weird and erratic.
