Glad to hear Rob and Patrick enjoyed their time here in Buffalo and at the game. Hope to see them again when they come through next year. 😁
Rob and Patrick have joked about attending a football game in another city. This weekend, it finally happened. There was tailgating, excessive light beer, wings, and a moment where we almost got in an altercation in the parking lot. The latest Sports! is here: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/s...

I'm proud of how Rob and I handled ourselves in a very weird and scary situation in the Buffalo Bills parking lot, but woof, strange way to end an otherwise exciting day and trip. We get into that—plus all the very *good* stuff that happened this weekend—on the podcast.

Call of Duty making a zillion dollars all the time -- and being supported by a literal trillion-dollar company -- and still using AI for art assets is so incredibly pathetic and infuriating.

Was a great time meeting Patrick, Rob, and some local Remap Radio fans last night. Looks like the boys had a good time at the game.

We need to build some real social stigma around being afraid of cities. You don't have to like them or live there, but a politics built this strongly around watching TV and going "ewww" is embarrassing, and people should be embarrassed by it. It's like "fear of werewolves" being your top issue.

This morning I'm feeling an intense desire to play, to create, to draw, to walk in the woods, to shelter everyone in my life who's ever been hurt, and to burn every single structure of power and violence in our world to the fucking ground.

Holy fuck, if you read the article, they have a quote from the victim’s father saying he doesn’t blame the boy who created the image or his family. Bro! Fuck all the way off with your “Boys’ll be boys” shit. Defend you daughter you piece of garbage.
A middle school boy created deepfake AI CSAM of his fellow classmate, a 13 year old girl. The girl pleaded with the school but they did nothing and instead put her on a bus with the perpetrator. She ended up hitting him and was expelled but nothing happened to the boy.

Should the Epstein files be released in full it would undoubtedly be an irreconcilable scandal & disaster for Donald Trump - which is why I predict that Chuck Schumer will post hole on main during that press conference, to save the Republicans from another inevitable defeat.

It's happening! Remap's going on the road to visit another football stadium, thanks to a lovely donation of tickets for this Sunday's Buffalo Bills game. If you're in the area, DM or email (questions@remapradio.com) if you want to join Rob and Patrick for a few beers on Saturday night in Buffalo.

My latest at @comicsjournal.bsky.social: I talked to @oglaf.bsky.social! Not the character, but rather, the people who create it.

They don't do many interviews, so this was a real treat. They're funny people! Turns out they're not super private, just...really bad at PR?

Talking Oglaf with Trudy Cooper and Doug Bayne: 'We'd stay up all night drawing stuff to make each other laugh' - The Comics Journal
Other than some time off every year for Christmas, Trudy Cooper and Doug Bayne have delivered a new Oglaf comic, skewering fantasy tropes with absolutely not safe for work humor, every week since 2008...

Another genius idea from the C-Suite types. Time to write yourselves another 7 figure bonus for nothing. Fucking dipshits man.
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.

They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.

If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."

🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.
Target is now requiring its employees to smile more
As the holiday season fast approaches, Target is urging its employees to add a little more “jolly” to their work routine.

The Dems just got a full demonstration of what people want, and how to run a campaign.

So in 3 years if they run Newsom on the "Gun of an opposition victory to my head" platform I'm gonna just need them to pull the trigger because I'd rather be dead than do this endless cycle of settling and loss.
