I just voted to cancel Trump’s reckless tariffs on Canada. This is a major victory for the American people and for Congress reclaiming our constitutional authority over tariffs. And, it's a defeat for Trump and Speaker Johnson, who for months blocked the House from taking this vote.

There is an old word to describe going to a foreign power and asking for their assistance in breaking up a sovereign country — it’s treason.

"But when we only negotiate bilaterally with a hegemon, we negotiate from weakness. We accept what is offered. We compete with each other to be the most accommodating. This is not sovereignty. It is the performance of sovereignty while accepting subordination."

Fantastic.
"Middle powers must act together because if you are not at the table, you are on the menu. Great powers can afford to go it alone. They have the market size, the military capacity, the leverage to dictate terms. Middle powers do not."

This is a good speech

Trump says we need to go after drug cartels.

Meanwhile, he disbanded a DOJ task force that took them on.

And he pardoned a former Honduran president convicted of drug trafficking.

Trump doesn't care about drugs — he wants to be able to declare war on anyone he labels an enemy.

It's a power grab.
