I decided to train Claude on my professional history and normal voice, then have it write 2 “r/linkedinlunatics” style posts per week for me on LinkedIn. They get increasingly unhinged. I have only told some of my coworkers I’m doing this. At the end of 2 months I’m going to reveal my findings.

In Columbia City right now there's a perfect example of how density lowers prices. You can buy a brand new 1800 sqft townhome for 855k or across the alley a detached 1500 sqft SFH for 995k
