CEO, designs the buildings prophesied in dystopian science fiction. ADHD. Thinks Art and Music are Math which is a language. Polymath, polyglot. Definitely not whatever poly-sport would be.

All views are my own, not company. Correlation is not causation.
This feels like something I should introduce as company policy... Or maybe not.

Saw someone whose phone autocorrected "hopefully" to "hopefuckly" and have decided that is how I will spell it from now on.

Much more accurate.

Much more demure.

MUCH more mindful.

Brief scream into the void - either I am being dim, or I am being extremely odd - but why can't I find a notebook with a margin on BOTH SIDES of the page... is this something I dreamt? Do I not know the right words to call it? WHY????

Have just had a glorious half hour blocking and reporting trolls - feel I should offer some time (god knows when) to help out the @bsky.app moderation team... Because damn the MAGA trolls are sad that no one is left to argue with them on X. (I report/block because they want engagement. Twits)

Freddy Mercury died of AIDS 33 years ago today. With modern medical technology, he likely would have lived. Never forget how much progress against major infectious disease has been made in a short time. We are at risk now of rolling back much of that progress.

Rugby truly is the best of games.
Rugby - the only way that Tier 2 nations can develop and be self-sufficient is to allow them to be promoted, as of right, to the top two tournaments in global rugby. Whether it is every 1,2, or 3 years and whether by playoff, etc, can be agreed, but the automatic right by winning is the point.

I really hope it won't be as bad as I fear - but given the global landscape...
The truth is, none of us really know what the next four years will look like. It’s incredibly difficult to predict what happens next. It does not feel good.

My word of the day (and personal recommendation) is ‘snerdling’ (18th century): nestling cosily beneath the covers and holding off the day a little longer.

Morning.

Many commentators say that vigilante groups are never the answer. But they clearly don't know about the masked Ecuadorian trio named “Acción Ortográfica Quito,” who roam the streets at night with a singular purpose: to correct all the spelling and grammar mistakes they find in graffiti.
