I currently have a case that started out as a pretty routine unpaid wage case, but in discovery I got a copy of the company's contract with its HR outsourcing vendor, who used AI to draft an agreement that attaches ~personal liability~ to the vendor's shareholders for wage underpayments by clients.
The company I work for gave an example that they had used AI on as part of encouraging its use- which was formatting and doing some operations on a giant dataset for a client deliverable that would attach liability to us if it was erroneous or fraudulent. FFS guys learn about the tool you are using!

Higher-ed moves very slowly and that's usually taken as a negative. But some things are supposed to last centuries. And I'm confident that if not for the power of committees we would definitely have had a NFT certificate program in 2021.
