Shelters that house unaccompanied minors are bracing for "Freaky Friday," the start of an ICE operation that will first issue letters to children, seeking to pressure them to return to the countries they've fled in exchange for a cash payment. If they decline, their parents will be targeted by ICE.

I know people sometimes dismiss posts about how Trump “can’t do this” by arguing that Trump will just ignore the law and do whatever he wants, but I think the fact that there’s no legal infrastructure in place to enable this kind of thing really does matter.
There is no legal category as “major terrorist organization.” It does not exist. And he can’t do this.

It's important to realize what precipitated this was Nexstar announcing they pulled showing Kimmel on their affiliates. They're currently waiting for the FCC to loosen restrictions to enable their massive merger. This was as much pay to play by a corporation as it was censorship.
