W're concerned about the upcoming EHRC guidance, as we suspect that it may conflict with our policies. It remains to be seen what we will do when we see the final guidance and when it is implemented as a statutory instrument by this govt, but we will NOT change our policies to become less inclusive.

I've accepted the inevitably of divorce and a new life as Rachel. It's not going to be easy, especially the way things are now, but I'm happier and more at peace than I have been for more than a decade 🙂 3/3

Now, 6 years after an abortive coming out to the person closest to me, I have to accept that my destiny is to transition. I have a GD diagnosis, my first prescription for Estrogel, all my close family know about what's been happening. 2/3

Time for an update: I've been on here, and previously on the other place, for some years as an emerging chick, the egg having cracked back in 2017. I've always seen my public persona as a trans woman in waiting, without quite knowing what I was waiting for. 1/3

Our methodological critique of The Cass Review has been peer-reviewed published & is therefore way more authoritative than Cass which is un-peer-reviewed.
Streeting/Starmer can no longer claim Cass is “gold standard” or “landmark”.
